ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif expresses satisfaction towards interior minister’s strategic handling of the PTI’s agitation and lockdown situation in Islamabad.
He said this while chairing the federal cabinet meeting in Islamabad today. The prime minister said that Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali had to take these in order to protect the state. He further said that the role of law enforcement institutions in establishing writ of state was commendable.
The minister reciprocated the feelings by saying that he performed his duty under the guidance and leadership of the prime minister. He appreciated the performance of police and FC who stood by state and law despite the lock down onslaught.
